You can always refund the original card. If the card has expired or been cancelled, the customer’s bank should be able to refund their new card. In the case that the customer does not have a new card, their bank should credit the refund to their bank account.

If the bank is unable to do any of these things, they will send the refund back to us and we will contact you via email to determine how you would like to handle the refund.
