Losing a dispute can be frustrating. Unfortunately, once a dispute is resolved, the decision is final. 

If the dispute is over a card payment, the final decision is made by the cardholder’s bank. While our system to submit evidence and deal with a dispute is well-defined, a bank’s process might vary depending on a number of factors. The details of the charge, the strength of you evidence, and the content of the dispute can all affect how the bank deals with the dispute. We can submit evidence on your behalf, but otherwise we are unable to intervene with the bank’s judgement call.

It’s always best to avoid a dispute. It helps to work closely with the customer to withdraw the dispute.
